Our dodgy warm up and apparent disinterest left a lot to be desired. Within 5 minutes the damn opposition drummed one past defence – 1-0.
However we cranked it up and drove it down the line, Optimus prime does it again – 1-1.
A drink and a debrief and we dived into the second half, a deft deflection made it 2-1 to us.
Then the derby became dirtier and a green was delved out (to guess who) and even Dudley saw red.. nothing more to say except… d**khead. 2-2.
The siders dug deep, dirty sausages were calling, for the first time in 4 years a number 4 deflection delivered! A fist pump celebration and the deed was
done, we defied our deamons 3-2 and won.
