T’was a lovely sunny morning but somewhat nippy on your noras. Some Siders took advantage of arriving early and got in a cheeky team Costa before the match to Perk up! 
Waterside made a commanding start with several slick moves from the whole team before we were rewarded with a great goal from Katie. 

It was end to end action with the Waterside team looking confident. Great support from the defense worked through midfield up to the forwards, we looked like scoring on several occasions. Portsmouth however took a pucking shot against the run of play and scored. One all at half time. 

The second half saw Waterside inches from scoring on several occasions, great positions and play round the D but somehow it just wouldn’t go in, darn it! Heads stayed high and we played well right to the end despite their two goals in the second half. A great team effort.
